Returns

• We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final, so please double check your order before completing your purchase.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you may place a new order.

Shipping Provider & Delivery Issues

velourvalley is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

• If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as address information is submitted directly by the customer during checkout.
• If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us by email regarding their order. Once the returned package is received, we will issue a refund for the item(s).

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any refund will cover the cost of the product(s) only. Shipping fees (typically $6–$8) will not be refunded.
